What payment methods do you accept?
I have a coupon code - where do I enter the coupon code?
On the final step during checkout, when you're prompted to choose a payment method, you will see a "Gift card or discount code" box. Type or paste the code and click Apply. (Please note the correct spelling & expiration date of the promo code to avoid issues).
If you went ahead and placed the order and either forgot to enter your code or could not find the box, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Ordering and delivery
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order after 6 hours you placed it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Canada - please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. The average number of days for delivery to most Canada addresses is currently 12 days.
U.S: please allow 4-9 days for shipping via regular USPS First Class Mail. The average number of days for delivery to most U.S. addresses is currently 6 days.
Europe: please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The average number of days fo delivery to most Westen Europe is currently 20 days.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Canada, US and European Union countries.
Can I track my order?
Unless you upgrade your shipping during the checkout, Canada Post does not offer a tracking number for regular mail.
USA and Europe:
We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
Can I return or exchange an item?
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us email@example.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return.
