Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, E-Transfer and PayPal. You will see the option to select your preferred payment type in the Payment section of the Checkout process. All transactions through our store are safe, secure & encrypted.

I have a coupon code - where do I enter the coupon code?

On the final step during checkout, when you're prompted to choose a payment method, you will see a "Gift card or discount code" box. Type or paste the code and click Apply. (Please note the correct spelling & expiration date of the promo code to avoid issues).

If you went ahead and placed the order and either forgot to enter your code or could not find the box, please get in touch with us at, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Ordering and Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Personalized items are made just for you and require an extra 2-4 days of production time

Canada: Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery. The average delivery time to most Canadian addresses is currently 10 days. 

U.S.: Please allow 4-9 days for delivery via regular USPS First Class Mail. The average delivery time to most U.S. addresses is currently 6 days. 

Europe: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. The average delivery time to most European countries is currently 20 days.

Where is my order confirmation?

When you place an order, your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please get in touch with Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order after 6 hours you placed it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, US and European Union countries.

Can I track my order?


Unless you upgrade your shipping during the checkout, Canada Post does not offer a tracking number for regular mail.

USA and Europe:

We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.


Can I return or exchange an item?

We fully support every product we offer. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help!

I gladly accept returns and exchanges; please contact me within 30 days of delivery.

*Custom or personalized items can't be returned because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. 
However, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us, and we will make it right.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us at with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Where are your products made?

We take pride in handcrafting our products in Canada. Collaborating with family-owned businesses, we ensure skilled craftspeople receive fair wages. Most of our items are made locally in Winnipeg.

Please note that our metal ID tags are made in China and the USA and engraved or hand-stamped in Canada.
