Custom orders require 2-4 business days for production prior to shipping**. Please be aware that this does not include weekends and holidays.
- Free Shipping within Canada for pet tags*
- Canada and European orders are shipped via Canada Post
- USA orders are shipped via USPS - tracking number provided (FREE shipping for orders over $35, code: 35FREESHIP)
After shipping, most orders arrive in 5 to 9 business days (some can take longer due to carrier delays)
Order Modifications

Any modifications to an order must be notified within 2 hours of purchase. Since we process a significant volume of orders daily, please pay close attention during checkout.
